Gass Family Cemetery
Join the WRF to make flag pole repairs and install a new base, clean veteran grave markers, install bronze flag holders, and place 12x18 American flags for for veterans at Gass Family Cemetery in Spring Branch, Texas.
Volunteer Requirements:
Must be 18 or older, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Limited to 6 volunteers; selection is first-come, first-served. Additional volunteers may be placed on a standby roster. WRF will email selected volunteers—please do not show up unless you have been contacted.
Additional Information:
No restrooms on-site, but nearby gas stations are available on Hwy 281.
Wear closed-toed shoes, dress for the weather, and bring your own water supply.

St. Joseph at Honey Creek Cemetery
Join the WRF as we sand and repaint the mausoleum grid numbers and letters, clean veteran grave markers, reinstall bronze flag holders, and replace12x18 American flags for numerous veterans at St. Joseph at Honey Creek Cemetery in Spring Branch, Texas.

Coin-A-Veteran Event Floresville, Texas
Join Nicholas Aidan and the WRF to hand out challenge coins to our veterans at the Frank Tejeda Veterans Home in Floresville, Texas. We will be handing out coins to the residents and thanking them for their service. Please meet outside the Veterans Home main entrance at 10am.
Volunteer Requirements:
Children 18 and under who volunteer will be given priority over other volunteers, but they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to participate. All other volunteers will be added if any spots are remaining.

Join Nicholas Aidan and the WRF to hand out challenge coins to our veterans on Sunday 10, November at the St. Joseph Honey Creek Chapel. We will be handing out coins before and after the Knights of Columbus Veterans Day Program. Stop by our pop up tent outside by 830am to help Nicholas Aidan hand out coins and thank our veterans.

Coin-A-Veteran at Bulverde Jubilee
Join Nicholas Aidan and the WRF to hand out challenge coins to our veterans on Saturday 9, November at the Bulverde Jubilee. We will have a pop up location at the event, so just stop by at 1145am to help Nicholas Aidan hand out coins and thank our veterans. WRF coordinates the events with key staff, but the majority of the veterans won’t be aware we are coming (surprise).
