His path led him to enlist in the 82nd Airborne Division, a storied unit renowned for its elite status and specialized in parachute assault operations. Bill’s time in the military was marked by acts of bravery and unwavering commitment to his fellow soldiers. His experiences in the 82nd Airborne Division not only shaped his character but also instilled in him a profound sense of duty and honor that would define the rest of his life.

After his military service, Bill transitioned to civilian life, settling in San Antonio where he embarked on a successful career in the automotive industry. His expertise in fleet and leasing operations was matched only by his legendary salesmanship.
